"Ceramic art itself comes from this earth and all its elements. The clay is dug from the ground, water is used to form it, glazes are made up of natural materials and historically the vessel was vitrified in fire. Although, I use an electric wheel and kiln, I still am in awe of the humble beginnings of the pottery craft."
